FIIT - 60 minute interval training class that incorporates cardio, strength-training, core, balance, flexibility and stretching.
CORE - 60 minute intense core focused class that works the entire body while keeping all moves core focused.
*classes are pregnancy friendly and will provide modifications
*children/babies are allowed at FIIT
*both formats have instructors trained to assess and help with diastasis recti
*all fitness levels welcome
