Basic Membership
One hour full body workout including cardio, strength, balance, core and flexibility. All fitness levels welcome, including pre/post-natal women. We are trained to assess diastasis recti and will provide modifications/exercises to help repair the abdominal separation. The FIIT format is stroller-friendly.
